A series of innovative workshops to help trainers enthuse people whose most positive memory of a classroom was leaving it for the last time

As a one day seminar

There are any number of train the trainer seminars around. Afterwards you may expect to have learnt the theory that is required to achieve accreditation and maybe to have picked up some of the presentation styles of the trainer who delivered the program. Fine!
After 1 day with John Sleigh you will have witnessed a dynamic presenter showing how Making Learning Fun again fits in with adult learning principles and you will have permission to experiment with techniques that will allow you to use your own personality to add excitement, interest and stimulation to the content of programs that you present.
Please don’t ask John to present a 2, 3 or 5 day train the trainer program.
He has not yet worked out how to condense what he has learnt in over 30 years as a communicator into such a short program. But he can add to the knowledge of those who have already completed short trainer training programs so that their knowledge of training techniques can be complemented with innovative training techniques.

As a 2 hour workshop

Ideal for training conferences or as part of a trainers’ meeting, This workshop provides an overview of adult learning principles and provides practical, hands-on activities that participants can take away and apply themselves.

As a keynote presentation

To open your conference and to close it, John will show how adult learning principles can be used to maximise take home learning. To open your conference, John will demonstrate how to maximise learning from other conference presentations and at the close of proceedings he will facilitate action planning and review to ensure that learning continues when the conference is finished.

As input into your training design process

John can assist the experts on your team to present their information in a way that maximises learning
